IMPACT IMPRESS AFFILIATE PROGRAM POLICY

The Impact Impress affiliate program allows you to profit by promoting our email marketing services.

The following is our affiliate program policy:

  1. Participation in the program

Any person or entity can participate in our affiliate program. You only need to register and accept our terms and conditions to become an Impact Impress affiliate.

  1. Referral commissions

As an affiliate, you will receive a commission of up to 20% for each new customer you refer to Impact Impress through your unique affiliate link. The commission will be determined by mutual agreement prior to joining the program and will be subject to the specified conditions.

  1. Promotion rules

As an Impact Impress affiliate, you must promote our services in an ethical manner and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. No deceptive marketing practices, spam, or promotions that infringe on the rights of third parties are permitted. We reserve the right to terminate participation in the affiliate program if improper practices are detected.

  1. Referral tracking

We will use a referral tracking system to track sales made through your affiliate links. Affiliate links have a specific duration and commissions will only be generated if the customer makes a purchase within that period.

  1. Payment of commissions

Commissions earned will be paid according to the terms agreed upon within the affiliate contract. The method and frequency of payments will be mutually established and subject to a minimum payment threshold.

  1. Cancellation and termination

Both Impact Impress and the Affiliate have the right to cancel participation in the Affiliate Program at any time, for any reason, without notice. Commissions generated up to the date of cancellation will remain valid and eligible for payment, according to the terms and conditions.

  1. Policy modifications

We reserve the right to make changes to this affiliate program policy at any time. We will notify you of any major changes to the terms and conditions.
